PhD Student in Winz Lab starting November 2021.
Kaushik studied Advanced Zoology and Biotechnology at Loyola College in India and Zoology at University of Madras in India. He then gained practical experience at Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine, Pandorum Technologies and Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, all in Bangalore, India.
He is now aiming to identify and characterize new players within yeast translation quality control.
